Our vision is to be Australia's foremost provider of marketing, enrolment management and career planning services to universities and we are on track to achieve this. Due to exponential growth we are looking for Student Enrolment Advisors to join our team immediately!

It's an exciting time to join us.

As our Student Enrolment Advisor role you will be responsible for managing prospective students through the application process for their University of choice, providing guidance and advice from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will uncover their needs and objectives through a set of phone based interviews and assess their suitability for the course in alignment with their goals. By utilising your excellent customer service and sales skills, you will self-manage a pipeline of generated student enquiry leads to achieve set targets of student enrolments whilst ensuring the student's needs are met throughout the entire enrolment process.

This will be achieved by:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective students, identifying their needs and future goals.
  • Using a consultative needs based sales approach.
  • Responding to prospective student enquiries through email, chat and various other communication methods to assist the enrolment decision making process.

This role will see you become a course specialist, interacting with key stakeholders such as university academics and you will be working closely with our marketing teams.

Success in this role comes down to a few key elements

  • Your passion for customer service and student support
  • Your outstanding communication skills
  • Your consultative and solution sales techniques and proven sales and/or contact centre experience
  • You will be a self-starter who is results orientated and driven to exceed targets
  • Your curiosity and eagerness to build your own knowledge and undertake research into other areas related to the course (FEE-HELP, accreditations etc.)
  • Flexibility to meet shift variations over a span of hours (8am – 8pm) designed to meet the needs of prospective students.
  • A tertiary qualification is preferable
  • An understanding of the Higher Education sector is preferred, though not essential.

We really want to see that you're as passionate about education as we are!
