Group Director of Corporate Education Partnerships 

 

Keypath Education is seeking a seasoned channel sales and marketing professional who is ready to grow to the next level and lead Keypath’s corporate education partnership channel.

 

This person will play a critical role in developing and executing our corporate education partnership strategy for student recruitment. This person will directly manage a dynamic team of field representatives who are work with area employers to recruit students for online master and bachelor degrees from regionally and national ranked universities in the United States and Canada.

 

You will be taking on a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global company while supporting respected university partners and their undergraduate and graduate degree programs. This will be an intellectually stimulating position with the ideal candidate demonstrating proven skills developing and leveraging a network of channel partners for student recruitment.

 

As the Group Director of Corporate Education Partnerships you will work directly with our internal marketing team ensuring that campaigns enhance our partners’ brand and identify high quality potential students. Your role is a vital part of this effort and your team’s mission will be to identify a select group of employers of the proper size and scale that offer tuition assistance to their employees, then build relationships with these employers to ensure successful student recruitment, retention and graduation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: 

  • Working closely with our university partners as well as our internal leaders and marketing teams to develop a pipeline of target employers and implement student recruitment campaigns from these employers.
  • Developing an overarching strategic marketing and communication plans for student recruitment efforts created on behalf of our partner universities
  • Managing and mentoring our team of regional field representatives in the Corporate Education team in the United States and Canada.
  • Working closely with Keypath Admissions and Student Services teams to ensure students recruited through this channel are properly supported.
  • Developing measurement frameworks to evaluate success of Corporate Education activities, events and marketing campaigns - sharing and reporting on the results of efforts to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting our University partners with the announcement of new online programs to our network of Employer Partners
  • Incubating innovative big ideas and working with key internal and external stakeholders to execute
  • Contributing to the ongoing training, mentoring and professional development of  team members
  • Serving as an in-house subject matter expert on corporate partnerships across key verticals of healthcare, education and criminology/policing.
  • Share corporate recruitment innovations and best practices with peers in Keypath Australian and UK offices.
  • Travel: 50%+

Qualifications

Things That Should Be in Your Background:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience related to the responsibilities described
  • 5+ years’ experience mentoring or managing junior-senior level staff
  • Demonstrated ability to interact well with senior executives and leadership from partner schools (e.g., Presidents, Deans, Provosts) and within Keypath Education.
  • Experience working across a range of industries is important, with experience in the education, non-profit, business and healthcare being most valuable
  • Familiarity developing and managing marketing and travel budgets
  • Demonstrated ability in developing strong promotional concepts
  • Possess the resourcefulness and coalition building skills necessary to execute big ideas involving multiple organizations and competing priorities
  • Passion for success and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
