Keypath Education is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team.


As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.  This is a hands-on role that also has treasury responsibilities, including cash reporting and bank and credit card administration duties.  This role reports directly to the Vice President/Controler in our Lenexa office.


  • Analyzes monthly/quarterly/yearly variances to budget and communicates trends
  • Prepares and distributes monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports
  • Analyzes and presents financial data to support stakeholder decisions
  • Administers Corporate credit card and travel and expense programs
  • Maintains and administers banking platform and processes
  • Forecasts and manages cash flow and reporting
  • Maintains and prepares debt schedules, borrowing base and covenants calculations
  • Recommends and participates in enhancing business processes and profitability
  • Leads budgeting and forecasting processes, including managing data collection and supporting business owners
  • Develops and maintains moderately complex planning models and key performance indicators
  • Other duties as assigned by VP of Finance or CEO



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
  • 5+ years business experience preferably in Financial Planning and Analysis or Accounting
  • MBA preferred


  • Working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, working capital analysis
  • Added value for possessing knowledge of US GAAP
  • Flexibility to be involved in both finance and accounting roles
  • Demonstrated ability to perform calculations and financial analysis on moderately complex financial data
  • Intermediate Excel skills (including knowledge of SUMIFs, pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively and interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with the ability to work through stressful situations 


  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Finance/Accounting principles
  • Experience with complex ERP systems (MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
